Arms adjust up, down, in, out, forwards and backwards for proper ergonomic positioning. Fabric-upholstered, cushioned seat measures 20-1/2 wide x 19-7/10 deep. Front of the cushion slopes to reduce pressure on the back of the knees. Mesh back size is 16-1/2 x 25-1/5.
